Inside FLAX, as well as the café you will also find a small retail space. It will feature products made by traders from our TEGretail markets. It will run year round and give local makers and small businesses a simple way to stay visible.
We will host workshops, masterclasses, and mentoring sessions too. If you want to build skills, test an idea, or take your first step into trading, you will have a place to do it, with support around you.
FLAX will also open its doors to school leavers who want experience. Volunteering will help them build confidence, learn how a workplace runs, and add something real to their CV.
